What to include in a bug report
To help us diagnose issues quickly, please include:
- After Effects version (e.g., 2025 v25.0)
- Operating system and version (e.g., macOS 14.5)
- MotionAmigo panel version (visible in the panel's About menu)
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead
- Any error messages shown in the panel, plus a screenshot if possible
- Steps to reproduce, if you can identify them
Feature requests
We welcome them. Describe the workflow or outcome you're after — even a short note helps us prioritize.
Licensing & accounts
For license questions — activation, transferring to a new machine, purchase issues — email the same address and include your license key or the email you purchased with.
